Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the necessary temporary emergency measures aimed to prevent the introduction and the spread of Ralstonia solanacearum (Smith) Yabuuchi et al. deriving from Egypt.
This text transposes the provisions contained in the following documents: Commission Decision 2011/787/EU of 29 November 2011 on emergency measures to prevent the spread of Ralstonia solanacearum (Smith) Yabuuchi et al. from Egypt.
The entry into the Republic of Croatia of potato tubers originating in Egypt shall be allowed if they originate from areas listed in the non-infected areas, published on the official website of the European Commission, approved and in accordance with the FAO International Standard for Phytosanitary Measures No. 4: "Pest Surveillance-Requirements for the Establishment of Pest-Free Areas".
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
