Regulation on quality parameters and quality classes of wheat in the purchase of wheat (2018).

This Regulation defines the parameters of quality and sets the correct qualitative classification as regards the market purchase of Croatian origin wheat, here relative to the year 2018. The quality parameters and the qualitative wheat class prescribed may be different if the owner of the wheat and the purchaser have agreed otherwise. The provisions of this text shall apply to wheat produced exclusively for the purchase on the territory of the Republic of Croatia.
Basic provisions of this text are also stipulated in order to recommend that all harvested wheat must be healthy, characterized by its correct color and appropriate odor and without the presence of any kind of live pests. Regardless of other quality parameters, in the final classification of wheat into qualitative classes, the final and decisive parameter is the percentage of proteins that will result upon necessary tests and analysis.
