Abstract
This Regulation lays down the basic quality requirements to be met by placing the vegetables on the market, in fresh condition, relating to the classification, classification and sensory properties, the conditions of packaging, presentation and method of marking.
The Regulation further provides a complete list of vegetables and the standards to be met during the whole cycle.
The provisions of this Regulation shall apply to all phases of marketing fresh vegetables, including import and export.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.

Entry into force notes
This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Notes
On the effective date of this Regulation, the Regulation on the quality of tomatoes (Official Gazette 124/06, 4/07), and the Regulation on the quality of pepper (Official Gazette 101/07) shall be repealed.
