Abstract
This Regulation hereby declares that Australia is recognised as being free from Erwinia amylovora (Burr.) Winsl. et al.

This Regulation enters into force on the day of the accession of the Republic of Croatia to the European Union.
Notes
This Regulation is repealed by the Regulation on the cancellation of the Regulation confirming Australia as country in which no Erwinia amylovora (Burr.) Winsl has been reported. et al. (published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 74/2013, entered into force on the day of the accession of the Republic of Croatia to the European Union, and here attached).
