Regulation on the recognition of varieties of agricultural plants.

This Regulation here determines the complete set of methods and rules aimed for procedures of recognition of varieties of fodder plants, cereals, turnips, vegetables, potatoes, oilseeds, textile plants and tobacco, the method of preparing seeds and the mass of the required seeds, the experimental place and duration of the test, the method of testing varieties in the experimental field and the laboratory, and the methods of determining the economic value of the variety for the purpose of recognizing new varieties. The economic value of varieties (Value for Cultivation and Use) is determined by testing varieties in the experimental field and laboratory.
