Regulation on recreational fishery of trophic tuna specimens (Thunnus thynnus).

This Regulation provides for the method of allocating tuna catch quotas; conditions and manner of fishing on trophies of tune; related fishing season; limitations of catches on board; characteristics and quantity of fishing gear and equipment; reporting method, deadlines, catch obligation; manner of handling with captured specimens.
Fishing tuna in recreational fishing trophies is allowed in the period from June 16 to 00:00 pm to October 14 at 24:00 (Article 3). In the recreational fishing of trophic tuna specimens, it is permitted, until the quota is fulfilled, to sail on a vessel, to retain on board and to unload at most one tune of a minimum size of 30 kg or 115 cm of length per boat per day. Tuna discharges may be made on working days from 7:30 to 22:00 hours and on Saturdays, Sundays, Holidays and Holidays from 10:00 to 22:00 hours. Tuna caught within the recreational fishery of trophic tuna specimens shall be discharged at the discharging points listed in Annex 2.
