Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the form, content and manner of keeping records of breeding fish and other marine organisms, which must lead to legal and natural persons engaged in cultivation of fish and other marine organisms, and the method for the delivery of records and related data.
The authorized cultivator once a year has to: a) enter data on the cultivation of fish and other marine organisms into the form that has to be inserted in the register; b) complete the form that has to be sent to the register that is part of the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Rural Development.
The completed form is submitted to the register electronically via direct data entry into the database of the Ministry entitled Aquaculture .
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.

Entry into force notes
This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Notes
Upon the entry into force of this Regulation, the Regulation on the register in the cultivation of fish and other marine organisms (Official Gazette 15/09 and 156/09) will be no longer in use.
