Abstract
This Regulation hereby provides for the necessary content and manner of keeping the official register of the fishing fleet (of the Republic of Croatia), including various related administrative and technical issues, the necessary principles of the data exchange with the international organizations responsible for fisheries, and additional terms of mandatory relations with competent institutions of the European Commission.
This Regulation further determines the implementation of the rules brought by the Regulation (EU) No. 1380/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 December 2013 on a common fisheries policy, its amending Council Regulations (EC) 1954/2003 and (EC) No. 1224/2009, and also determines the effective non-application of Regulations (EC) No. 2371/2002 and (EC) No. 639/2004 and of the Council Decision 2004/585.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
