Abstract
This Regulation determines the form, content and method of keeping the Register of olive growers and also defines the types, categories, method and deadlines for submitting related requested data on olive groves, olives and olive oil, as well as their verification procedures (all indicated data sheets and forms are given in the Annex of this text). The register of olive groves contains the following categories and types of data: 1. Data on those liable to be registered in the Register: 1.1. Data on legal and natural persons engaged in olive cultivation, including data on the characteristics of olive groves, 1.2. Information about oil mills, 1.3. Information about merchants; 2. Annual data on olive and olive oil production and olive oil stocks, 2.1. The quantity of olives submitted for processing, 2.2. Olive oil production and 2.3. Olive oil stock situation. Obligations in terms of registration of legal and natural persons in the Register of olive groves and supplement data on the areas and characteristics of olive groves are laid down in articles 4 and 5.
