Abstract
This Regulation determines the necessary information and data, documents and certificates that shall be delivered for the purpose of the entry onto the Croatian Register of renewable energy sources and cogeneration and on eligible producers, as granted by the relevant national legislation (Law on renewable energy sources and high efficiency cogeneration, Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 100/2015).
This text further sets out the correct manner of data entry, provides for related procedural indications, all in function of the above mentioned Register and its maintenance and management.
Article 6 provides for the list of eligible users or producers. The duty of the Ministry in connection with data entry, storage and publication of documents is defined in article 19.
