Regulation on the registration of cooperatives and cooperative associations.

This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Croatian Law on cooperatives, prescribes the forms and manner of keeping records of cooperatives and cooperative unions as a central database of cooperatives and cooperative unions. The registration sheet is kept in electronic form through a computer programme for keeping records of cooperatives and cooperative associations and in written form in registration inserts. The registration form for cooperatives is an integral part of this text (Annex 1). Access to data in the database of the Croatian Center for Cooperative Entrepreneurship is permitted only to persons authorized by the Croatian Center for Cooperative Entrepreneurship. An extract from the Registry of Cooperatives and Cooperative Unions is publicly available on the official website of the Croatian Center for Cooperative Entrepreneurship.
