Abstract
This Regulation prescribes all standards and necessary requirements related to the quality during production and as final product specifics, which must be met during the production and placing on the market of fruit jams, jellies, marmalades and sweetened chestnut puree.
The prescribed measure are related to the: names, definitions and general requirements; composition and sensory characteristics; type and quantity of raw materials and other materials used during production and processing; and additional labelling and packaging requirements.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
