Abstract
This Regulation lays down necessary standards and requirements for the arrival and stay of foreign yachts and boats in internal waters and territorial sea of the Republic of Croatia, for recreational purposes, tourist cruising, participation in sports competitions or nautical fairs.
Control over implementation of this Regulation shall be carried out by navigational safety inspectors as well as by the persons authorized to exercise inspection and control of the safety of navigation, persons authorized to exercise customs control, as well as the police.
Official controls, among with the rules prescribed by this Regulation, are set in order to ensure security and safety of the navigation and full environmental respect in order to prevent the marine pollution.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
