Abstract
This Regulation determines the actual level of support, the manner and the conditions for the exercise of the right to obtain the insurance support against possible agricultural production losses.
All farmers on the territory of the Republic of Croatia, if engaged in plant and livestock production, and properly registered in the Register of Agricultural, which have insured their production, shall be entitled to receive this kind of subsidy.
