Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the amount of support, methods and conditions for exercising the right to obtain a insurance support against damage in the agriculture sector.
The right for obtaining the financial insurance support is possible for farms enrolled in the register of agricultural holdings, which properties are insured for its hole production and protected by an insurance policy against damage.
Eligibility is realized for the crop and livestock farming.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation, containing administrative forms and models.
