Abstract
This Law provides rules and standards for: a) direct support (fees and payments); b) rural development measures; c) special support measures and actions for agriculture development; d) administrative and inspection duties and requirements; e) penalty provisions.
This Law is divided into 8 Chapters and 84 articles.
State aid beneficiaries are entitled to state aid in accordance with the provisions of this Law and the regulations issued thereunder.
The unique registration identification number of the farm (MIBPG) which is assigned when you enroll in the Farm Register is used as a unique identification number of farms that submitted a request for direct help.
