Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the adopted rules and standards that must be applied when the certification process for fishing vessel is carried on.
The prescribed rules are implemented in order to: provide security and safety during the navigation and during fishing activities, prevent from the pollution caused by the vessel, provide the necessary emergency procedures.
