Abstract
This Regulation provides for: the establishment of a national network of institutions in the area of food and feed; the conditions and criteria for inclusion on the list of institutions; and for funding rules.
The national network of institutions, named in paragraph 1, article 1 of this Regulation, prescribes basic measures in order to establish a framework for scientific and technical cooperation activities of coordination, information exchange, development and implementation of joint projects, exchange of experiences and best practices in the activities of the Croatian Food Agency.
National network of institutions are institutes, academia, laboratories and other entities in the area of food safety and animal feed in Croatia.
The agency must ensure that the tasks entrusted to the institutions are performed properly and that all necessary actions have been taken to ensure that they will meet the criteria, as listed in article 6 of this Regulation.
Annex I is an integral part of this Regulation.
