Abstract
This Regulation provides for all technical and administrative provisions related to the fees and charges to be paid as a Croatian state tax (Safety of navigation fee) by foreign yachts and boats designed for sport and pleasure sailing and staying in the internal waters and on the territorial sea of the Republic of Croatia.
According to the size of the yacht or boat, the parameters are set by the table, printed among this Regulation.
