Regulation on seed processing from agricultural holdings.

This Regulation prescribes the processing of seeds from agricultural holdings, the content, form and method of keeping records on the origin of seeds from agricultural holdings, as well as the content and form of the certificate of processed seed including related quantity of the same. Before sowing, analyses must be carried out on seeds from the agricultural holding in accordance with plant health regulations (including GMO tests is indicated, see article 3). This Regulation determines that agricultural producers may use farm seeds from the groups of small grains, oilseeds and fiber plants that they produce on their own farm exclusively for the purpose of sowing on their own farm. The Annex contains the forms that shall be used as related records.
