Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the specific rules as regards the milk and milk products sector and related to the governing over the contractual relations and contract negotiation issues (agricultural market).
This Regulation also determines the adoption of the terms contained in articles 148 and 149 of the Regulation (EU) No. 1308/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 December 2013 on the establishment of common organization of the market of agricultural products and its repealing Council Regulations (EEC) 922/72, (EEC) No. 234/79, (EC) No. 1037/2001 and (EC) No. 1234/2007.
