Abstract
This Regulation officially provides for the effective quantity, here expressed as a net percentage, of electricity supplied by eligible national electricity producers, which general electricity suppliers are obliged to take over from electricity market operator at a regulated purchase price, in accordance with the Law on renewable energy sources and high efficiency cogeneration.
Article 2 of this text determines that all Croatian based electric energy suppliers are required to take over 70% of their overall supplied annual net electricity from eligible renewable energy sources and cogeneration principle deriving energy.
