Abstract
This Regulation provides for rules and terms aimed to protection some species (here listed) present in the area of Jabuka pit waters, that is located just outside of Croatian territorial waters.
The rules here stipulated are regarding the spatial and temporal restriction of commercial trawl fishing (fishing gear); conditions under which authorized fishing vessels can conduct commercial fisheries in the waters of the Jabuka pit that is under the regime of spatial and temporal constraints; navigation conditions in the nearby surrounding waters.
