Abstract
This Regulation determines the concrete spatial and temporal restrictions regarding the commercial fishing on the territory of the Republic of Croatia with surrounding nets for sardines and is related to the period from 16 January 2016 until 31 January 2016 (banned/prohibited period for the use of such fishing gear/method).
