Abstract
This Regulation determines the exact spatial and temporal restrictions/bans as regards the performance of commercial fishing at sea (on the territory of the Republic of Croatia) with bottom trawl nets (specific fishing method, gear, here limited to the year 2017, June-August).
The map of the area covered by the spatial and temporal limitation is found in Annex, which is an integral part of this Regulation (fishing area zone C in an area of 6 nautical miles around the island of Blitvenica, Republic of Croatia).
