Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the specific requirements related to the planning, equipment, operation and hygiene for establishments dealing with food of animal origin which are subject to approval under special conditions (stipulated by the article 33 of the Regulation on the registration of operators and the registration and approval of establishments in the food business, Official Gazette 84/2015), and the manner of placing on the market of foodstuff that comes out of such establishments (food facilities on the territory of the Republic of Croatia).
This text transposes the provisions contained in the following documents: Regulation (EC) No. 852/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 29 April 2004 on the hygiene of foodstuffs, and its amending European Parliament and Council Regulation (EC) no. 19/2009; Regulation (EC) No. 853/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 29 April 2004 laying down specific hygiene rules for food of animal origin, and its amending Commission Regulation (EU) no. 218/2014.
