Abstract
This Regulation lays down specific conditions for the import of certain food from certain foreign countries due to the risk of aflatoxin contamination.
This Regulation specifies border crossings for food imports. Primary observation is focused on food imports from China, Brazil, Egypt and Iran.
Food imported into the Croatian Republic must be accompanied by the results of sampling and analysis of the health certificate that is prescribed in the form present in Annex I which is printed with this Regulation.

This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette, except for the provisions of article 8, paragraph 10 that enter into force on the day of Croatian entrance into the European Union.
