Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the special conditions for the import of sunflower oil originating in or supplied from Ukraine due to the possible risk of contamination with mineral oil.
The provisions of this Regulation shall apply to unrefined or refined oil from sunflower seeds CN codes 1512 11 91 and ex 1512 19 90, originating in or supplied from Ukraine.
This Regulation further prescribes that the sunflower oil for imports into the Croatian Republic must not contain more than 50 mg/kg of mineral paraffin.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
