Abstract
This Regulation provides for all necessary standards and specific conditions for imports of certain food and feed originating in or shipped from the People's Republic of China.
This Regulation also prohibits the import into the Croatian Republic of food originating from China that contains milk, dairy, soy and soy products intended for feeding infants and young children.

Entry into force notes
This Regulation enters into force on 1 January 2012, except for the provisions contained in article 4 paragraph 8 and article 5 that shall enter into force on the day of Croatian accession to the European Union.
