Abstract
This Regulation prescribes all necessary standards and other related specific conditions for imports into the Croatian Republic of guar gum originating in or shipped from India due to contamination risk by pentachlorophenol and dioxins.
The provisions of this Regulation shall apply to imports of the following food and feed: guar gum intended for human or animal consumption, tariff code 1302 32 90 originating in or shipped from India; and food and feed containing at least 10% of guar gum originating in or shipped from India.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.

Entry into force notes
This Regulation enters into force on 1 January 2012 except for the provisions contained in article 11 paragraph 3 which shall enter into force on the day of Croatian accession to the European Union.
