Abstract
This Regulation provides specific conditions for carrying out sampling and testing of water, especially regarding the conditions of technical equipment, the number and frequency of these activities and the grade of expertise of employees.
This Regulation does not include drinking water analysis, as prescribed with the provision of the Food Act.
The activity of sampling and testing of water includes: a) sampling, storage and transportation of samples; b) preparation, measurement and analysis of samples; c) preparation of reports on the measurement and analysis.
The Annexes I and II are an integral part of this Regulation.

Entry into force notes
This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Notes
On the effective date of this Regulation, the Regulation on special conditions to be met by the laboratories (Official Gazette 78/97, 65/05) will be no longer in use.
