Abstract
This Regulation prescribes various provisions aimed to regulate the sports and recreational marine fisheries on the territory of the Croatian Republic.
The rules and provisions provided by this Regulation are aimed to define the following: types of licenses for carrying out such activities; permits for fishing with bottom longlines and the amount of fees for certain types of licenses; type and quantity of fishing gear and equipment that angler may use for fishing in the sea, safe and sustainable way of performing sports or recreational fishing and; ways of reporting on sales of licenses and other similar data.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
