Abstract
This Regulation prescribes shopping standards to meet certain fishery products, when putted on the market.
Shopping standards include categories of freshness and size categories of fishery products.
Fishery products may be marketed if they comply with the provisions of this Regulation.
Category of freshness is determined in accordance with the criteria in Annex I of this Regulation.
