Abstract
This Regulation, as in accordance with the Croatian Law on agriculture, prescribes the procedures applicable to state aid aimed for agricultural sector and rural development, as well as for low-value aid, including: 1) application for state aid and small value aid; 2) communication with the European Commission, publication and information on state aid; 3) cumulation; 4) reporting; 5) monitoring of state aid and small value aid; 6) content and manner of keeping the Register of state aid and small value aid in agriculture and rural development. This Regulation ensures the implementation of three different European Union legislative documents, as specified in article 2.
