Abstract
This Regulation determines the necessary conditions and safe, correct and controlled manner of storage of hazardous chemicals that act as gas or can transform into gas/gaseous dangerous substances.
These particular chemical substances are here regulated in terms of approval, classification, labelling and packaging, storage and transport, and their necessary permits and administrative requirements.
These substances are divided into different groups and types as follows: highly toxic chemicals; toxic chemicals; corrosive chemicals; carcinogenic chemicals; mutagen chemicals and reproductive toxic chemicals.
