Abstract
This Regulation prescribes all necessary standards and conditions under which the substances, including plant species, can be added to food or used in production and in placing of food and dietary supplements on the Croatian market, including the maximum levels of vitamins and minerals that can be added to food and dietary supplements and plant species that are not permitted in food and dietary supplements.
The provisions of this Regulation will not apply to the following: a) food for human consumption which is commonly consumed, and there is no adverse effect on the health; b) conventional ingredients in food; c) food additives and flavorings; d) herbs and spices.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
