Regulation on the Supervision and Monitoring of Fishing Vessels and Fisheries Monitoring Center.

This Regulation prescribes standards and methods for the system of supervision and monitoring of fishing vessels, which is a versatile and multi-user system for collecting, sending, storing, updating, processing and presentation of data on fishing vessels and their time through the changing of geographical locations.
This reporting system must provide continuously, at least, the following information: a) the complete identification of the vessel; b) the last geographic position (latitude, longitude) to within the error limits of 500 meters; c) the date and time of vessel in a certain position; d) speed and heading of the boat.
