Abstract
The Regulation, based on the provisions of the Croatian Law on energy efficiency, prescribes the conditions for the establishment of a system for planning, monitoring and evaluating the success of the implementation of energy efficiency policy, i.e. achieving the objectives set out in the Integrated National Energy and Climate Plan for the Republic of Croatia for the period from 2021 until 2030. This text further prescribes the content of the National Energy Efficiency Action Plan and the annual progress report, the form of the energy efficiency action plan, the form of the report on the implementation of the action plan and the content of the study on energy savings. National indicative energy efficiency targets shall be expressed in absolute amounts of primary energy consumption and final energy consumption, and shall be reflected in the Integrated National Energy and Climate Plan.
