Abstract
This Regulation prescribes quality requirements in the production and marketing of table waters, and is related to: a) physical, chemical, physico-chemical and sensory properties and composition; b) allowed technological treatments; c) analytical methods for the quality control; d) additional labelling requirements; e) microbiological criteria.
On the Croatian market, under the name "table water", only water that has been signed in the Register of the table waters led by the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Rural Development can be marketed.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.

This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.

On the effective date of this Regulation, the Regulation on table waters (Official Gazette 120/08) will be no longer in force.
