Abstract
This Regulation prescribes various technical-environmental standards stipulated in order to ensure that effective air pollution, deriving the volatile organic compounds emissions that occur when filling motor vehicles with gasoline at petrol stations (based on the territory of the Republic of Croatia) is reduced and/or under provisions aimed to reduce such emissions.
The rules here stipulated are also in accordance with the provisions of the: Directive 2009/126/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 October 2009 on phase II of recycling of petrol vapors during filling of motor vehicles by fuel at petrol stations; Commission Directive 2014/99/EU of 21 October 2014 amending, for the purposes of adapting technical progress, Directive 2009/126/EC.
