Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the criteria for the agricultural land owned by the Croatian Republic that the related farms have enrolled in the Farm Register in 2010.
These provisions are used to determine the legal and financial position of certain agricultural land areas with relative farms and other agricultural activities which are still using the land that was given with an aim to the old provisions part of the Regulation on the temporary disposal of agricultural land owned by the Croatian Republic (Official Gazette 132/2009).
