Regulation on traditional specialties of agricultural and food products.

This Regulation provides all necessary standards and requirements aimed to correctly regulate the: contents of the Register of traditional specialty agricultural products and foodstuffs; content specifications of the agricultural product or foodstuff (product specifications); application form for registration of a traditional specialty and documents that must be submitted with the application for registration of a traditional specialty (hereinafter: application); methods and conditions for the implementation of the registration of a traditional specialty, and the expert commission that conducted the registration process; application form for filing objections, the form of completion of the objection procedure and documents required to be submitted along with the forms; way to initiate the proceedings necessary for advertising solutions on the registration of traditional specialties null and void; application form for an amendment to the product specification and documents to be submitted with the form (considered as minor modifications to product specifications); records of content users registered as traditional specialty, the application form for the entry into the Register and the documents to be submitted with the application for registration in the Register; cost of the procedure for registration of traditional reputation and/or origin; application form for registration of a traditional specialty from EU member states and countries outside the European Union and the documents that must be submitted with the application for registration on the territory of the Croatian Republic; application form for accreditation of certification bodies and documents to be submitted with the application for authorization and the conditions to be met by certification bodies; obligations of the certification body under the Ministry responsible for agriculture.
