Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the manner for the training/education of hunters that have to perform the first preview/hygiene inspection over the killed wild game that is intended for trade/marketing.
This text transposes the provisions contained in the following documents: Section IV, Annex III, of the Regulation (EC) No. 853/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 29 April 2004 laying down specific hygiene rules for food of animal origin (including its amending Commission Regulation (EU) no. 786/2013 of 16 August 2013).
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
