Abstract
This Regulation prescribe full measures and standards for the program, conditions and content of the professional exam related to persons engaged in the collection, checking leakage, installation and maintenance, or servicing of equipment and devices that contain substances that deplete the ozone layer and fluorinated greenhouse gases.
This Regulation further provides for the: criteria necessary for the selection of institutions and companies authorized to conduct training programs and professional examinations; methods on payment of cost for professional examination and cost of obtaining the official certificate on the professional exam.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
