Abstract
This Regulation prescribes various methods and standards aimed to conduct the affairs related to the transboundary movement of genetically modified organisms on the Croatian territory.
The basic objective of this Regulation is to establish a common system of notification and information related to the transboundary movements of genetically modified organisms (GMOs) and to contribute in order to ensure an adequate level of protection in the field of the safe transfer, handling and use of GMOs that may have adverse effects on the conservation and sustainable use of biological diversity, taking also into account risks to human and animal health.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
