Abstract
This Regulation prescribes all necessary criteria and conditions for the transfer of licenses for mineral resources exploration and concessions and agreements for the exploitation of mineral resources on the Croatian territory.
Approval for the research of mineral resources may be transferred to another person or entity with the consent of the holder of the concession/agreement.
