Abstract
This Regulation provides a list and criteria for undesirable substances in products intended for animal feed.
Products intended for animal feed may be imported from third world countries, marketed and/or used if they are safe, unadulterated, and market quality controlled, and if proper use does not pose a threat to human health, animals or on the environment, and have no negative impact on livestock production.
Considered to be products intended for animal feed the presence of undesirable substances in these products must not exceed the maximum amount specified in Annex I in order to meet the requirements of this Regulation.
Full Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.

Entry into force notes
This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Notes
With the entry into force of this Regulation, the Regulation on undesirable and prohibited substances in animal feed (Official Gazette 118/07) will be no longer in force.
