Abstract
This Regulation provides uniform principles for the evaluation and authorization of plant protection products, which are provided with the lowest degree of risk for the environment, human and animal health.
The provisions of this Regulation shall apply to all types of products, listed and registered by the articles 23 to 27 of the Law on plant protection products (Official Gazette 70/05).
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
