Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the manner of fulfilling the tasks of the Ministry of Environment and Nature Protection and the Environmental Protection Agency regarding the official terms and conditions of opening, closing and other procedures related to working with accounts in the Registry of the European Union (under the provisions of the Croatian Air Protection Law).
This Regulation further implements the provisions contained in Commission Regulation (EU) No. 389/2013 of 2 May 2013 on the establishment of the Union Registry in accordance with Directive 2003/87/EC of the European Parliament and the Council, decisions no. 280/2004/EC and no. 406/2009/EC of the European Parliament and the Council and repealing Regulation (EU) no. 920/2010 and no. 1193/2011 (OJ L 122, 3. 5. 2013).
