Abstract
This Regulation provides for: a) the manner and content of veterinary inspection for placing animals in the Republic of Croatia, and cases in which a veterinary inspection is not required; b) the form and content of the health and place of origin certificates, the method and terms for issuing the certificate: c) the form and content of prescribed forms.
Veterinary inspection at point of dispatch of consignments of animals in domestic traffic, will take into account the type of animals, comprising: a) documentation review; b) identification check-up; c) physical examination.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.

This Regulation enters into force in 1 September 2008.
Notes
On the effective date of this Regulation, the Regulation on certificates on animal health in domestic traffic (Official Gazette 20/04) and the Regulation on the manner of loading, unloading and veterinary health inspection of consignments of animals, animal products and waste of animal origin and sanitary and technical conditions to be met by vehicles and consignments in domestic and international traffic (Official Gazette 13/05) will be no longer in force.
